At DCA, Stephen was project architect responsible for technical coordination of the Elizabeth House mixed-use project adjacent to Waterloo Station. Subsequently he was part of the team conceptualising two buildings on a plot within the Novartis campus masterplan in East Hanover, New Jersey.
